Taglia, Lysak & Co., Inc. (TLC), formerly known as Joseph R. Noll, Inc., was founded in 1978 by Joseph R. Noll. The business was purchased by current owners Philip M. Taglia and Kenneth Lysak Jr. in 1993. Both Ken and Phil were longtime employees of Joseph R. Noll, Inc., and were eager to establish themselves in their new endeavor. A few years later, they changed the name of the company to "TLC" Taglia, Lysak & Co., Inc. They quickly began to grow the business and they began to have a need for additional staff. After many years and much growth, they were able to bring in a third partner; Frank L. Cammarata. TLC is the largest provider of services to the trade in the Long Island/Metropolitan area.
